Athletes have a unique outlook on life and I am here to give support to the unique needs that come with that. From balancing life and sports to learning the mental skills that will optimize your performance, to helping you out of a slump and preventing future slumps, I can help you develop a personal playbook to reach your goals! I have also developed a mental skills training program for coaches and athletes that enable coaches to systematically train mental skills in every practice as well as provide an avenue for smooth communication between coaches and athletes.

I work with athletes, coaches, teams, and clubs. As a Division I Collegiate athlete, I use my experience as an athlete and coach along with my expertise as a counselor to tailor support to your needs as an athlete, team or club. Together we will develop a personal playbook to ensure optimal confidence, performance, and peace of mind in sport and life.

It can be difficult to ask for support in any arena of life. We will work together in a safe non-judgemental atmosphere to build trust and gain the comfort needed to allow you to discuss your needs in your own time. I look forward to meeting you!
