Spiritual Direction is for anyone looking to go deeper in their relationship with God. I believe God has already made the first move toward you and is inviting you to respond. However, our lives are often cluttered in a way that makes his loving initiative toward us difficult to see and experience. This is where meeting with a spiritual director can be helpful. My role will be to cultivate a pace of slow listening to help you experience God’s attunement to you and to grow in your attachment to God. Together you and I will look to the Holy Spirit; it is His role to guide the entire process.
During our time together I will incorporate spiritual exercises, prayer, silence, and trained listening and questions that invite you to explore God’s activity in your life. I will hold a curious, non-judgmental space for you to bring your story and genuine feelings, hurts, and doubts about God. Together we will slow down, become curious, and pay attention to how God is engaging with you.

- If you are in a season of transition and need a space to explore discernment
- If you long to grow in your attachment to Father, Son, and Spirit and enrich your experience of God’s love for you

Spiritual direction is not counseling in that the primary relationship of healing is not between you and a therapist, but rather between you and God.
Spiritual direction is not the director speaking on behalf of God. Spiritual direction is not the director telling the client what to do or what they think God is saying they should do. Rather, it is a time of the director helping the client attend to their relationship with God based on who he reveals himself to be through his Word.
