Mary is a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with adults and teens facing the challenges of trauma and abuse, grief and loss, life transitions, and relational concerns. Her gentle and relaxed demeanor invites clients to ease into the counseling room as they begin to explore what has brought them there. Her approach to therapy integrates DBT, IFS, and EFT-informed practices through an attachment-focused lens. She is also trained in EMDR, an evidenced-based approach to trauma that promotes healing from the places you feel the most “stuck”. Her joy is walking with clients through the desolate places in their stories; offering companionship, safety, and the unhurried possibility to reimagine their circumstances.
